Rehabilitation Medical Center Project
Feasibility Study of the Project: “Opening of Medical Rehabilitation Center ‘NAR-TAJI-SARDAR’”.
To mark the 100th anniversary of the birth of Chingiz Aitmatov — the People’s Writer of the Kyrgyz Republic, Hero of the Kyrgyz Republic, and world-renowned author — a modern rehabilitation center will be built in the city of Osh.
The new center will provide high-quality medical and social rehabilitation services for people in need of recovery and long-term care. The project will improve access to specialized rehabilitation services in the region and create facilities that meet modern healthcare standards.
The construction of the center will be one of the key initiatives dedicated to Aitmatov’s centennial, honoring the enduring legacy of a writer whose humanistic values and literary works continue to inspire generations around the world.
2018 (In honor of the 90th anniversary of Ch. Aitmatov):
- December 12: Humanitarian, material assistance, infrastructure improvement, and transfer of items to orphanages, nursing homes, and juvenile correctional colonies.
- April: Talas Region, village named after 40 years of October, orphanage.
- Donated: food, a carpet for the hall, a TV set, bedding sets, toys, chess, checkers.
- Same location (to villagers in difficult situations): cash envelopes of 5,000 soms each were handed out (to more than 10 people).
- May: Osh, 3 Sportivnaya St., “ALTYN UYA” orphanage.
- Donated: sets of clothing, bedding sets, food, sweets.
- Material assistance to the institution: 100,000 soms.
- June: Chui Region, Kaindy village, Tilebaliyeva boarding school for children.
- Donated: useful gifts, food, sweets, toys, chess.
- August: Chui Region, Krasnaya Rechka village, Krasnorechenskaya (referred to in the text as Krasropresnenskaya) auxiliary boarding school.
- Donated: essential food products, clothing, detergents and cleaning products, wipes.
- September: Osh, 308 Sagynbekova St., orphanage.
- Donated: food, clothing, educational toys, chess, checkers, backgammon.
- September: Osh, 9 Abduvalieva St., “Booruker” nursing home.
- Donated: clothing, essential food products.
- October: Chui Region, Moskovsky District, boarding school for children with disabilities (OVZ).
- Donated: food, essential goods, carpeting for the hall, TV sets, chess, checkers.
- November: Chui Region, Moldovanovka village, correctional colonies.
- Donated: essential food products, clothing; for women — hygiene products, soap, detergents; for women with children — baby food, toys, diapers, cosmetics.
2003, 2004, 2005:
- Talas Region (village named after 40 years of October orphanage), Moskovsky District, Kara-Balta (children’s correctional colony), Belovodskoye (disabled children’s orphanage):
- Donated: food, mattresses, cotton bedding (sets), carpets, TV sets, chess, and other essential goods.
