Public Offer for Voluntary Charitable Donation
1. General Provisions 1.1. This public offer is an official proposal by the International Public Charitable Foundation named after “NAGHIMA mother of Ch. Aitmatov” (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”), represented by the Director acting on the basis of the Charter, to conclude with any physical and/or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the “Donor”) a Agreement on a voluntary charitable donation under the terms and conditions provided by this Offer. 1.2. The Offer is public in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. Acceptance of this offer is the execution by the Donor of a transfer of funds in favor of the Foundation via payment interfaces on the website https://nagimamother-aitmatova.kg/.
2. Subject of the Agreement 2.1. The Donor voluntarily and gratuitously transfers funds into the ownership of the Foundation in an amount independently determined by the Donor as a charitable donation. 2.2. The Foundation undertakes to accept the donation and direct it toward the implementation of the Foundation’s statutory activities, financing of charitable projects and foundation programs, including the construction of a rehabilitation center and the provision of targeted assistance to needy categories of citizens.
3. Procedure for Concluding the Agreement and Making a Payment 3.1. The conclusion of the Agreement occurs at the moment the Donor performs actions to transfer funds on the Website. 3.2. This Agreement is non-refundable. In accordance with the legislation, the return of a donation to the Donor is possible exclusively in automatic mode in the event that the payment was made by third parties using a lost or fraudulent bank card, the fact of which is confirmed by the acquiring bank.
